About ChurchFull

Our family has moved frequently around the country and beyond its borders as we follow my husband's Air Force career. When my husband receives orders to a new base, one of the first things we do is start looking at churches in our new home. In some places, this search has been easy. We have often found ourselves in a church service, the dust of the road still on our shoes, our belongings still in boxes, confidently knowing this church is our home. In other places, we have visited several churches and struggled to find a thriving body.

In our journey through the various local gatherings of Christ’s united body, we have learned much about God’s mysterious and beautiful plan for His church. We’ve seen churches that are doing it; they’re reaching the lost, maturing believers, going, sending, growing, and multiplying. And we’ve seen churches that are limping by, barely moving forward, or stagnant and dull, simply meeting to socialize over Christian ideas.

What we have seen, experienced, and learned: I will share with you here. My goal in sharing is to encourage. I hope you are encouraged to serve, pray, and grow within your local church body for the building of God’s Kingdom, for His glory.
